From start to finish we found dealing with Bradley comfortable and easy. There was no ego or arrogance, just a real estate agent who wanted to get the best for both the seller and the buyer in what can be a difficult act to balance. When we had concerns about some structural issues with the house, Bradley took it upon himself to rectify the problem and explain to us step by step why we should worry about somethings and not worry about other things. We were lucky that the house we wanted was being sold by Bradley.

Bradley was fantastic from the initial chat on the phone. We were looking at selling our investment property in Ferny Hills and chose to go with Bradley based on some previous open homes attended and his online reviews. We were not disappointed!! Bradley helped organise quotes and trades for a decent sized renovation of the property while we were interstate. He sent regular updates of work being completed and was fantastic at recommending what was worth spending money on and what was not. His marketing strategy was on point and we got the price we were after in a declining market. Bradley’s years of local knowledge combined with his relaxed and calm approach made our selling experience a great one. He even watered our freshly laid turf during the hotter days in summer! I hadn’t sold a house before and I had my rental for nearly 20 years and Karen was very understanding of my situation. Karen kept me informed of the progress of the open for inspections. She utilised her experience to ensuring she picked a suitable time to maximise the people who came through based on the open for inspections in the area. I was very comfortable with Karen and I knew she meant it when she said she would get the right price for my house. She always kept me informed of the status and the people coming through and when she felt a buyer was under pricing my house she did the right thing and informed me and advised me not to rush into a cheap sale and she was right.
