Ian took on our investment property despite it being outside of his normal area. We were a high needs client and asked a lot, as we said we needed a sale within 4 weeks. Despite travelling an extra 40 minutes each way, Ian ran open houses sometimes three in a week. With the house emptied he made sure the property looked lived in. He went beyond the call of duty. We had a contract within 4 weeks at the price we were happy to achieve.
