I had never ventured into the rental business before and when I spoke to Allanah, she was very understanding and supportive. At no time did she fob me off. She always had time to talk things over, whether it was on the phone or face to face. I really appreciated her patience in working through the process with me. My house was rented at the first Open Inspection and Allanah kept me up to date at all times. She was very professional and knew her job which gave me complete confidence in what was going on.
